Hello, awesome cosplay. I am actually in the process of trying get this one commissioned and I in the process of looking up reference pic, both from the manga and real life, from historical fashion to from cosplayers like you. I think I've gotten almost everything but I do have one question the skirt under the jacket would that be part of a dress or just the skirt with the underpants under it??? I've been filtering through a lot of information and its making my head go crazy so I though I's check with a few people.
